Dynamic. Interpersonal. Real. Myisha is a one of a kind leader committed to seeing her clients grow just as much as their business. Receiving her B.A. in Business Administration as an early graduate as Cum Laude from the prestigious Historically Black University, Philander Smith University, Myisha has always had a vested interest in entrepreneurship and business management. She’s excelled in a variety of spaces from her time as an association professional in Membership & Fundraising supporting a 40,000+ membership, all while kick-starting her own businesses as she began to pursue her entrepreneur career. She has successfully opened, operated, and managed multiple businesses since 2019, making MM Consulting Firm one of her newest business ventures to serve like minded business professionals. Through her journey, she’s learned that while entrepreneurship is not easy, it will stretch and push you to develop skills and reach new personal levels you’ve never imagined were possible. In opening her consulting firm, her commitment has been to help business professionals navigate the complex world of business development and achieve long-term success with trust, dedication, and a collective willingness to learn.

Having graduated from Temple University in 2019 with a Bachelors in Psychology, Mylenne is a paraprofessional still within her prime that brings a ‘‘when life gives you lemons, you make lemonade’ kind of attitude to MMC. Built on trust and collaboration, she’s dedicated to establishing meaningful client relationships, identifying clients' needs and tailoring solutions that align with their goals. Over the past 6 years, she has had the privilege of working with clients across various industries, ranging from startups to large companies, by helping them navigate complex challenges and achieve their business objectives. Having gained and provided invaluable insights and strategic guidance, she was driven to resign from her traditional 9-5 to work consulting and even open her own small business in 2021. Committed to learning and delivering transformative solutions that lead to sustainable success for clients and herself, she’s currently taking project management and other business related courses to stay abreast of the entrepreneur industry.

As a dedicated high school student currently interning at a consulting firm, I have been actively involved in various tasks such as budgeting assignments, schematic projects, and research tasks. This hands-on experience allows me to develop valuable skills in financial management and analytical thinking. Despite being new to the internship, I am focused on learning and excelling in the training provided, aiming to contribute effectively to the team and gain deeper insights into the consulting industry.
